From a corporate background, working for Lloyds and PwC, Lisa Christie started her consulting business in 2011 and has worked with SMEs across a range of industries, as well as with major organisations such as the NHS and McDonalds.
Lisa is a qualified coach with a Masters in Psychology and undertook her thesis with an elite unit of the British Army, working with them for 2 years on motivation and perseverance amongst their recruits.
Through her work with corporates, Lisa saw a disconnect between senior leaders and the young people they lead and has identified 8 key areas in which generation gaps arise in the workplace.
She commissioned independent research to market test her findings, and she launched genpotential to address these gaps and to help multi-generational teams work more effectively together.
